Mugs are securely packed inside double walled mug boxes to keep them extra safe in transit. They are also packed with a little extra bubble wrap too. I've thoroughly tested these boxes, throwing mugs at the wall and floor to try and smash them hah!
Obviously that doesn't mean 100% will make it safely, but I have confidence in them for sure.
